We offer all inclusive horse boarding on our beautiful 5 acre property in Wilton, CA. The facility is located on the site of one of the oldest dairies in the area, and the charming dairy barn from 1917 is still standing.
We cater to the casual rider/horse owner who wishes for a calm, family friendly, low pressure atmosphere where horses can be horses and being with them is fun again.
We provide 6 large pastures with board and no-climb wire fencing. Each pasture has a large, well maintained run in shelter with a matted floor. The barn contains a shared feed room, a shared tack room, and ten stalls that can be used on a temporary basis (for now).
There are two steel tie racks located outside the tack room, as well as an updated steel wash rack on each end of the barn – all recently updated with safety in mind. Facilities include a large sand arena and a smaller schooling arena or oval shaped pen that can be used for free longing. Both are groomed regularly.
All inclusive pasture board is priced at $400 per month and includes twice daily feeding of high quality orchard grass hay as well as daily cleaning. Supplements can be fed, and blanketing can be provided. Property owners are on property 24 hours a day to check on horses and horse owners have access to their horses at any time.
Trailer parking is available for an additional fee.
Future improvements will include replacing all fencing with flex fencing and rebuilding all barn stalls to be available for board. Solar panels will also be installed on the barn roof to provide electricity to the barn.
